Wanda Means is a Dallas native, mom of four grown children, licensed real estate professional, real estate investor, and experienced real estate developer with deep roots in the North Texas community. With nearly 30 years of experience and over $100 million in residential and multifamily projects, Wanda has built a career around turning raw land into homes and transforming opportunities and ideas into successful real estate developments.
Wanda has held her real estate license since 2013 and currently works with Lux Locators, helping clients find homes that fit their needs, lifestyle, and goals. Her extensive background in real estate development, construction, and investing gives her a unique perspective when guiding clients through the home search process.
Beyond her work in real estate, Wanda is an active investor, short-term rental host, and entrepreneur. She enjoys identifying new opportunities, developing businesses, and finding creative ways to maximize the potential of her investments.
A graduate of the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Wanda combines decades of experience with an entrepreneurial mindset and a genuine love for people. Outside of work, she enjoys playing hockey and polo, spending time with family and friends, traveling, discovering new places, and taking on new challenges. Her approach to business and life is grounded in relationships, integrity, hard work, and a strong connection to the Dallas community she calls home.
